Yes, there might be a way to run the old Compton's Multimedia Bible from 1995 on Windows 10, but it could depend on various factors such as compatibility and available updates.
I've found out that the Bible has been released only for the following versions of Windows: Windows NT, Mac, Linux, Unix, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows 95. As you can see, there hasn't been an updated for this list which means it won't work on Windows 10. Windows 10 refuses to launch installers that have been created for the versions above, so there's highly unlikely it will work.
I've searched on other websites as well and the result was the same: no update or new Windows versions.
I own Compton's Interactive Bible version 1.0 on CD. How can I update it to work on Windows 8.1?

I have checked and no update is available to download in order to increase its compatibility. However, there is a way through the Compatibility Pack available within Windows 8.1. To start the procedure, insert the CD, then open Computer and right click the drive. Choose Explore, locate the executable file and choose Troubleshoot Compatibility. Follow the instructions and accept the changes offered by Windows. Start the application and it should work.
I paid $29.95 plus shipping, handling and tax for the Compton's Bible Collection on November 13, 2002. It cost me $39.06 all together. It won't run on my new 64-bit computer. Do I have to buy a new Bible Collection or can I download an updated version? I still have my receipt.

The application is not designed to run on 64-bit Windows. Even if you buy it again or upgrade it, you cannot make it work. You will need to have Windows XP Mode to make the program work using XP on 64-bit version of Windows.
